LIS requires every potential student looking to enroll into the school to take a placement test. The purpose of a placement test is to determine how much your child knows and how well they know it.
There is no “passing” or “failing” on a placement test. A placement test serves only to “place” your child in the right class. It does not attempt to judge how “smart” or “dumb” you are; it does not attempt to say how much your child can accomplish in the future; it only judges, based on the experience of your child writing the test, which class would best serve your child’s educational needs right now.
